Is Collect really free?
Yes. Collecting content is free with no time limit. You only pay if you want School Wrap’s AI to polish contributions in your school’s tone of voice, shorten students’ names for safeguarding, and produce the finished newsletter.
Do I need approval to start?
No payment is involved, so you can start straight away. School Wrap doesn’t collect parent data or student records. It holds staff names and school email addresses, plus whatever staff include in their contributions, which can mention students. Images are never sent to AI services, and none of your content is used to train AI. Our data protection and security policy has the details if your school asks.
What happens after the three-month trial?
You keep Collect for free. AI-finessing into your school’s tone of voice, safeguarding checks and publishing need a subscription.
